Refund Policy
Radical Custom Creations do everything we can to give you what your looking for! With that being said, when placing CUSTOM ORDERS, we require of you to make sure that all information is correct when placing your order (i.e. Name, Age, Dates, Design, etc.) ALL CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS ARE FINAL!
If you are ordering an item from our site that is not custom made and it is not up to your standards we can exchange it, refunds are given on a case by case basis.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
